We go to every length to ensure that your illuminated sign or LED light box reaches you in perfect condition.

If this isn’t the case, and your LED wall sign arrives damaged or faulty, we will be happy to provide a replacement or refund, providing the item is returned to us in the condition you received it. You will be responsible for the cost of the return, and it must be returned within 28 days of receipt.
